Class 2 Refuse Truck Driver (2 Positions) – Mintlaw
£15.70 p/h | Overtime £20.40 p/h | Ongoing Work
Driver Hire are delighted to be recruiting 2 × Class 2 (Cat C) Refuse Truck Drivers for work based in Mintlaw.
This is initially a short term role with a 4‑day working week, expected to last a few weeks, offering consistency and excellent work/life balance. However there is a possibililty that the work may become longer term and could potentially lead to a permanent position.

Job Details
- Driving a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle
- Local collection routes
- Working as part of a refuse crew
- Ongoing work for 2 drivers
Pay Rates
- £15.70 per hour (standard rate)
- £20.40 per hour (overtime)
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday
- Normal working hours are 07:00am – 16:45pm
- Ongoing, regular work each week
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Driver CPC & Digital Tacho card
- Reliable and safety‑focused
- Refuse or similar driving experience preferred (not essential)
