HGV Class 2 Drivers

£16.25 per hour (first 8 hours) | £17.50 per hour (after 8 hours)
Minimum 8 hours paid per day | Weekly Pay | No Weekends

Are you an experienced Class 2 Driver looking for work in the Lancaster area? We’re recruiting professional drivers for ongoing agency assignments delivering palletised goods to a variety of customers.

What’s on Offer

• £16.25 per hour for the first 8 hours
• £17.50 per hour after 8 hours
• Minimum of 8 hours paid per shift
• Weekly pay
• Monday to Friday – no weekend work!

The Role

• Delivering palletised goods using a Class 2 vehicle
• Managing safe loading/unloading
• A mixture of rural and urban routes
• Start times vary depending on client needs
• Paperwork completion and good customer service required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year Class 2 (Category C) driving experience
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph
• Good understanding of driving in rural areas (advantageous)
• A professional, reliable attitude and good communication skills
