Driver Hire Edinburgh City is currently recruiting experienced Class 2 HIAB (Remote Grab) Drivers to support a well-established client across Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

This is an ad hoc role, ideal for drivers looking for flexible work that fits around their schedule while earning excellent rates.

🕒 Working Pattern

• Ad hoc shifts based on business needs
• Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work available
• Typical start time: 08:00am

🔧 The Role

• Operating a Class 2 HIAB vehicle with remote grab
• Completing multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently
• Delivering to commercial and residential sites
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and completing paperwork
• Providing a high standard of customer service

💰 Pay Rates

PAYE:

• £16.20 per hour
• £21.50 per hour (overtime after 8 hours)

PAYE Advanced:

• £18.16 per hour
• £24.20 per hour (overtime after 8 hours)

✅ Weekly pay
✅ Flexible shifts to suit your availability

✅ What You’ll Need

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid HIAB certification – ALLMI C5+E (essential)
  (AITT or RTITB also accepted)
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Previous HIAB experience preferred
• Reliable, flexible, and safety-conscious approach
