Driver Hire is recruiting for a Temp to Perm Branch Assistant / Driver on behalf of our client. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, warehouse/branch support, and driving duties.
This position plays an important part in the smooth day-to-day running of the branch. You will be supporting the team with general branch operations while also assisting with deliveries during busier periods.
What the role involves:
Supporting the daily running of the branch
Stock taking and helping keep the branch organised
Assisting and serving customers
Helping with deliveries when required
Completing around 3–5 deliveries per day during busy periods
What we’re looking for:
A reliable, positive, and hard-working attitude
Good customer service skills
Someone happy to work in a varied role, both in the branch and on the road
Ability to support a busy team and work well as part of it
Applicants must be over 25 for insurance purposes
Working hours:
Monday to Friday
Start times from 07:30am
Finish times between 4:00pm and 5:00pm
