Job Title: Foreman / Class 2 Driver & Counterbalance Forklift Operator
Location: LE4 (Leicester)
Pay: £15.00 per hour
We are looking for an experienced Foreman who holds both a Class 2 (Category C) licence and a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) licence to join our busy transport and logistics company based in LE4.
Working Hours:

Tuesday – Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm

Saturday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Key Responsibilities:

Supervising warehouse and yard operations

Coordinating daily loading and unloading schedules

Operating a counterbalance forklift when required

Driving Class 2 vehicles when needed for transport duties

Managing and supporting warehouse staff

Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times

Liaising with drivers and office staff to ensure smooth logistics operations

Monitoring stock movement and yard organisation
Requirements:
-
Previous experience working as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Team Leader in a warehouse, yard, or logistics environment

Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence

Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence

Clean driving licence

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Experience in transport/logistics or warehouse operations
