Warehouse Operative – Temp to Perm
Location: Newtownabbey Salary: £25,115 basic + overtime + monthly bonuses Hours: Monday–Friday (varied shifts)
We’re looking for a reliable, hard‑working Warehouse Operative to join a fast‑paced, friendly, and highly committed team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with the option of a permanent contract after 12 weeks based on performance and fit.

🔧 Shift Patterns
You’ll work Monday to Friday across a mix of shifts:
- 7am–5pm
- One day per week finishes at 12 noon
- 45‑hour week: 5.5 hours paid at time + ½
- 10am–6pm
- Paid at basic rate
- 12 noon–finish
- Entire shift paid at time + 1/3
- Any hours worked after 8pm paid at time + ½
📦 What You’ll Be Doing
- Off‑loading lorries
- Picking and locating metal orders
- Loading lorries for next‑day delivery
- General warehouse housekeeping
- Working closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly
