Driver Hire Bristol is recruiting for a reliable and professional Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join a busy flooring distribution operation. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term stability, a competitive salary, and performance-related bonus.

Weekly Pay (while temping) | Temp-to-Perm | Monday to Friday

The Role:

• Deliver flooring materials to customer sites and trade premises

• Start time 06:00

• 45-hour working week

• Monday to Friday only

• Job and finish operation

• Carry out daily vehicle checks and complete delivery paperwork

• Provide professional customer service at all delivery points

• Manual handling involved as part of deliveries

Pay & Benefits:

• £34,000 annual salary (upon permanent transfer)

• Performance-related bonus scheme

• Weekly PAYE pay whilst working through Driver Hire (holiday pay included via advanced holiday payment method)

• Shutdown at Christmas

• All Bank Holidays off

• Stable, full-time weekday work

What You’ll Need:

• Full UK Class 2 (Category C) licence

• Valid CPC and Digital Tacho cards

• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused approach

• Comfortable with manual handling

• Good customer service and communication skills
