Class 2 Trencher Topcutter
Pay rate: £15 – £18
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

We are looking for Class 2 Trencher Topcutter to start ASAP for our growing client base across the IP postcode, with all the support from our experienced Driver Hire team in Bury St Edmunds.
The successful Class 2 Trencher Topcutter will receive:
£15 basic PAYE
£18 overtime PAYE
Use of company van for commute
Machine bonus £5/day.
Guaranteed 10hrs per day.
28 days holiday prorated on PAYE.
Upskilling to HGV, ADR and HIAB after satisfactory probation period.

What to expect as a Class 2 Trencher Topcutter:
Starting typically at 0630hrs Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for checking your vehicle and driving to site where you will digging trenches in preparation for works.
The company will provide full training on the topcutter and trenchers. They will also provide a van for use for your commute.
When you use the machinery, there is a £5 premium paid per day.
Areas of work will be Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Cambridgeshire.
Occassional nights out will be required.
Shifts will typically be 10hrs long.
As a Class 2 Trencher Topcutter you must:
Class 2 HGV entitlement (Cat C)
Current CPC Card
Current digi-card.
Have no more than 6 effective penalty points.
No DG, DD or IN endorsements.
