About Us
Our client is a well-established industrial finishing company specialising in high-quality surface treatments and coatings for a wide range of industries. Due to continued growth, we are looking for reliable and hardworking Industrial Finishing Operatives to join our production team.
The Role
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be involved in the preparation and handling of components throughout the finishing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Jigging components ready for the finishing process
- Un-jigging finished components safely and efficiently
- Packing finished goods to customer specifications
- Visual inspection of parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Assisting with general production duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or finishing environment preferred (but not essential – full training provided)
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good manual dexterity
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
