Location: Lancashire (Local to Blackburn / Darwen area)
Hours: 06:00am – 16:00pm, Monday to Friday
Job Type: Temporary (ASAP Start) – Potential for Permanent Position

FLT Counterbalance Driver Job – Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and skilled forklift driver looking for ongoing temporary work with the potential to secure a permanent role.
If you have strong experience working within a warehouse with racking systems and are confident operating a counterbalance forklift in a high-volume setting, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently

Loading and unloading vehicles

Moving stock within warehouse racking systems

Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Assisting with general warehouse duties when required

Ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely

Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For

Valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR preferred)

Proven experience in a busy warehouse environment

Strong experience working with warehouse racking

Ability to work at speed without compromising safety

Reliable and punctual

Team player with good communication skills
