Driver Hire Colchester & Sudbury is part of the UK’s leading specialist logistics recruiter, supplying professional drivers and transport staff to businesses across the region. We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Sales Consultant to help grow our client base while delivering outstanding service to both candidates and customers.
The Role
As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you will:
- Proactively generate new business through B2B sales calls, client visits, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local transport and logistics companies
- Identify client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Manage the full 360° recruitment process (sales, vacancy qualification, candidate sourcing, placement, and aftercare)
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM system
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales and recruitment in the logistics or industrial sector
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-focused
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be willing to participate in the on call phone rota
- HGV Licence would be advantageous
