Shift: Sunday to Thursday
Hours: 11:00pm to 7:30am
Pay: £15.70 PAYE Advance
Driver Hire/dh Recruitment (Torbay) is recruiting a Night Shift Warehouse Operative to join a busy distribution warehouse in Heathfield.
This is a hands-on role working as part of a small night team preparing goods for next-day delivery. The job involves unloading containers, moving stock, order picking, packing, labelling and palletising items ready for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
• Unloading containers and loading pallets
• Moving stock safely within the warehouse
• Order picking and packing products
• Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch
• Palletising items ready for delivery
• General warehouse housekeeping
• Following health and safety procedures
• Working as part of a night shift team
This is an active role and involves regular manual handling.
Working Hours
Sunday to Thursday
11:00pm to 7:30am
Full-time night shift
Qualifications
Essential
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work permanent night shifts
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting
• Good attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
Desirable
• Previous warehouse operative, picker packer, loader or production operative experience
• Experience in distribution or logistics environments
• Experience unloading containers or palletising
