Are you an experienced HIAB Driver seeking a stable, full-time position with reliable hours?
Driver Hire Edinburgh City is currently recruiting a Class 2 HIAB (Remote Grab) Driver – ALLMI C5+E for one of our long-standing clients based in Edinburgh West, carrying out deliveries throughout Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.
🗓 Working Pattern (Alternating Weeks)
• Week 1: Monday to Friday
• Week 2: Monday to Saturday
⏰ Start Time: 08:00
📆 Contract Length
End of February 2026 – End of June 2026
💷 Pay Rates (Advanced Holiday Pay Included)
• Monday – Friday: £17.19 PAYE / £19.26 PAYE Advanced
• Overtime & Saturdays: £25.79 PAYE / £28.90 PAYE Advanced
🔧 Role Responsibilities
• Operating a Class 2 HIAB vehicle (ALLMI) for multi-drop deliveries across Edinburgh and nearby areas
• Completing all deliveries safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and completing all paperwork accurately
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at every drop
✅ Requirements
• Full UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid ALLMI C5+E HIAB licence (essential)
• AITT or RTITB certification also accepted
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Ideally a minimum of 12 months’ HIAB driving experience
• A professional, reliable, and safety-conscious attitude
