We are currently recruiting for an experienced C1 (7.5 Tonne) Driver on behalf of our client based in the Sheffield area. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate who is a reliable and professional driver looking for ongoing, steady work with a respected local company.
Location: Sheffield
Start Time 08:00AM
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
PAY Rate: £13.00 per hour (PAYE), paid weekly.
About the Role:
- Multi-drop deliveries of barrelled lubricants and oil to commercial clients across Yorkshire and the surrounding regions
- Average of 5–10 drops per day
- Handball required. You’ll be required to use tail lifts, pump trucks, and sack barrows
- Providing excellent customer service is essential. You’ll be representing the company at delivery sites
- Clean and well-maintained vehicles
Requirements:
- Valid C1 (7.5 Tonne) Licence with a Valid CPC & Digital Tacho
- Minimum 2 year C1 driving experience
- MAXIMUM 6 POINTS (Client Insurance)
- Comfortable with manual handling
- Good communication and customer service skills
