Relief Delivery Driver (Van) – Lancaster Area
£13.69 per hour | Retail Store Deliveries |
Driver Hire Lancaster is recruiting for Relief Van Drivers for ad hoc cover in and around the Lancaster area.. This position is part-time work and is ideal for someone semi-retired or looking for relief work to cover holidays and sickness.
You’ll be working with friendly teams to ensure deliveries are made to customers within delivery windows. You will be expected to be comfortable with customer facing due to the nature of the work.
Key Responsibilities:

Delivery of electrical wholesale items

Accurate completion of paperwork

Complete required paperwork and vehicle checks

Support the team in covering holidays and sickness leave as required
What we need from you:

Valid UK Driving licence

Previous driving experience desirable

Good knowledge of local area (ideally Lancaster, Morecambe, Kendal and surrounding areas)

Friendly, positive attitude—great customer service skills required
