Driver Hire Sheffield have got an unmissable opportunity that has become available for a multi-drop Van Driver, working for one of our great clients in Goldthorpe. This will be an ongoing role which will lead to full-time employment for the right candidate.
A driving assessment will be required which include both theory and practical. Once you have passed the assessments you will move onto the full-time position.
PAY Rate: £12.25 per hour (PAYE), paid weekly.
About the role:
- This role is working Monday to Friday. Saturday Shifts may be required when there full-time.
- Drops can vary from 20-30 per day
- You would be delivering pharmaceutical products.
- You will also be responsible for daily vehicle checks to ensure it is in a roadworthy condition
- Customer Care is essential in that the deliveries are correct, and any shortages or errors are reported promptly
- You will be the daily point of contact with customers, therefore delivering exceptional customer service is a must.
- You’ll engage with different customers every day, so you can show off your high level of customer service skills and your positive attitude
Hours:
- Monday to Friday hours – 6:30am – 5pm
- If you are successful in this temp to perm role, the starting salary is from £34,045
Requirements:
- Must hold a Valid UK MANUAL licence & (MUST have held licence 2 years)
- No more than 3 points on your licence (Insurance purposes)
- Must be honest, reliable & have a good work ethic
