Warehouse Operative – Counterbalance & Reach Forklift

Addlestone | Immediate Start Available | Temp to Perm

Our Client based in Addlestone is looking for a warehouse operative for a role with great hours and an immediate start. Join a well-established UK distributor of roofing products, supplying high-quality materials to contractors and trade customers across the country.

Working Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 06:30–16:00

• Friday: 06:30–15:30

Salary & Pay Structure:

💷 First 12 weeks (Agency Period – Paid Weekly):

• First 8 hours: £13.90 per hour

• After 8 hours: £15.90 per hour

💼 After 12 weeks:

• You will transition to a permanent role with our client

• Annual salary: TBC

Your Day-to-Day:

• Operating Counterbalance forklifts (essential)

• Using Reach trucks (desirable, not essential)

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders

• Maintaining accurate stock records

• Working safely and efficiently as part of a team

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Counterbalance forklift licence

• Reach licence an advantage

• Previous warehouse experience

• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
