CLASS 2 NIGHT DRIVER – TRUNKING

• Driver Hire Newark is recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) Night Drivers for a reliable and well-established client based in Tuxford. This is a great opportunity for drivers who prefer night trunking work with minimal hassle and consistent weekday hours.

PAY & SHIFTS

• £17.50 per hour (assignment rates)
• Daily overtime paid after 10.5 hours
• Average shifts: 10–12 hours
• Monday to Friday
• 19:30 (7:30pm) starts
• No weekends!

THE ROLE

• Night trunking work
• Collecting deliveries and returning to the depot
• Loads are forklifted off on return
• No multidrop, no manual unloading
• Straightforward, well-organised operation

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have:

• Valid Category C (Class 2) licence
• Minimum 2 years Class 2 driving experience
• In-date CPC & Digital Tacho Card
• Right to work in the UK
• A professional and reliable approach to work
