🚛 Class 2 HIAB (Remote Grab) Driver – Roofing Deliveries
📍 Location: Edinburgh
🗓 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 07:00–16:00
Are you an experienced HIAB Driver seeking a full-time, weekday position?
Driver Hire Edinburgh City is currently recruiting Class 2 HIAB Remote Grab Drivers to support a leading roofing supplier, delivering materials to both trade and domestic customers across Edinburgh and surrounding areas.
💷 Pay Rates (Advanced Holiday Pay Included):

£17.59 per hour – Standard rate
-
£23.45 per hour – Overtime & Saturdays
-
£26.39 per hour – Sundays
🔧 Key Responsibilities
-
Deliver roofing materials using a Class 2 HIAB vehicle
-
Operate the remote grab safely and in full compliance with all regulations
-
Load and unload materials at a variety of customer sites
-
Secure loads and follow all site-specific safety procedures
-
Complete daily vehicle checks and required paperwork
✅ What You’ll Need

Full UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
-
Valid HIAB Remote Grab certificate (essential)

Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card

Ideally at least 12 months’ HIAB driving experience
