Training Administrator
📍 Location: Inverness
💰 Pay: £14.14 per hour
🕒 Hours: Part-time (minimum 15 hours per week, flexible)

📄 Contract: 12-month maternity cover
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and well-organized Training Administrator to join a busy training business in Inverness. This is a flexible work pattern role , the company is happy to create a work pattern that suits both you and the business needs, there will also be the requirement to work additional hours to cover holidays.
This is a 12-month maternity cover position, but may have the possibility of becoming permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general admin tasks, including emails and calls
- Organise training calendar and client bookings
- Process online bookings
- Liaise with instructors to coordinate dates and courses
- Prepare course materials in advance
- Input course data for certificate generation
- Communicate with SQA, DVSA, and other accredited bodies
- Handle invoicing and debt management
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident IT skills (Microsoft Office & web-based programs)
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving skills and initiative
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Previous administration experience
