Training Administrator
Part Time – £14.14ph

Start Date: Immediate
We are looking for a reliable and well-organized training administrator to join the team in
Inverness on a flexible part time basis to support the day-to-day operations of a busy
training business.
This is a part time permanent role, working a minimum 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to work additional hours to cover holidays etc as needed.
Job details (Jobs may vary) –
- Perform all general administrative tasks, including managing emails and telephone calls.
- Organising training calendar & client bookings.
- Process online bookings.
- Liaise and co-ordinate date and courses with training instructors.
- Organising course materials in advance.
- Inputting of course data for certificate generation.
- Liaise with SQA, DVSA and other accredited bodies.
- Debt management & Invoicing.
Role Requirements: –
- Attention to detail is essential
- IT skills including Microsoft Office and web-based programs.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, be enterprising and manage me efficiently.
- Problem solving skills and exercise initiative in decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Administration experience.
