🚚 Drivers Mate with HGV Training Provided

🕒 Days: Wednesday to Friday (3 days per week)
💰 Pay: £12.40 per hour (Weekly PAYE)

We are looking for a Drivers Mate to be based in Inverness, You will be delivering a variety of ambient items throughout the Highlands and Moray area. This is a part-time ongoing role, becoming permanent after passing the probationary period. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
🔥 Progression Opportunity – After 12-week probation, you will be put through your HGV training – This is a fantastic chance to gain your HGV licence and progress your driving career. YOU MUST CURRENTLY HOLD YOUR CAT B LICENCE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE.
✅ What We Offer:
- Part Time – 3 days per week.
- Wednesday to Friday starting at 0500
- PAYE – £12.40 per hour
- Permanent position offered to right person.
🚚 Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the driver with loading and unloading ambient goods
- Supporting deliveries to stores across the region
- Manual handling and heavy lifting
📋 Requirements:
- Valid UK Cat B Driving Licence
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (No DR, CD, IN or TT codes)
- Physically fit – heavy lifting involved
- Flexible approach to work
- Reliable and hardworking
