Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) – Seafield, Edinburgh
💰 Pay: £13.00 – £14.57 per hour
🕗 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00

Driver Hire Edinburgh City are recruiting a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for one of our valued clients based in the Seafield area.


🔧 About the Role:

Hours: 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday
Duration: Ongoing position with no confirmed end date

Your Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading vehicles

  • Moving, organising, and storing stock

  • Picking and preparing orders

  • Operating the forklift safely and efficiently, with excellent spatial awareness


💷 What We Offer:

Pay Options:

  • £12.50 – Standard PAYE (holiday pay accrued separately)

  • £14.01 – PAYE Advanced (no holiday pay accrued)

Additional benefits:

  • Weekly pay

  • Holiday accrual on every shift (if PAYE)

  • Minimum 8 hours’ pay guaranteed daily

  • Monday to Friday only – no weekend work!


✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliable and hardworking individuals

  • Local to Seafield or able to commute consistently

  • A valid Counterbalance Forklift (FLT) licence

  • Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift
