About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our success — building relationships, matching great people to great jobs, and supporting our growing team. Every day will bring variety, challenge, and the chance to make a real impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
Speaking with and developing relationships with new and existing clients across the region
Interviewing and assessing candidates, ensuring the best fit for each role
Managing and motivating the team, contributing to our collaborative and energetic culture
Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong business relationships
Supporting strategic regional expansion initiatives
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who’s:
Confident on the phone and in face-to-face meetings
Experienced in recruitment, ideally within logistics or transport
A natural communicator with a passion for people and results
Highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A team player who can also work independently to meet goals
What You’ll Get
