📍 Location: Edinburgh
💷 Pay: £14.00 – £17.59 per hour (depending on skills and experience)
🗓 Hours: Monday to Friday + every second Saturday (8am-12pm)

Driver Hire Edinburgh City are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Class 2 Driver to join a busy timber and building materials supplier based in Edinburgh. 🔧 Your Main Duties:

Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle, delivering timber and building materials to customers

Assist with loading and unloading materials – heavy lifting is required

Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate paperwork

Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery operations
✅ What You’ll Need:
Essential:
-
Full UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence
-
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
-
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Desirable:
-
HIAB licence or experience (preferred but not essential – training can be provided)
-
Experience in the timber or building trade
-
Previous commercial driving experience
