dhBorders is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run business in Galashiels. This team is known for its craftsmanship, integrity, and genuine care for its people. They’re looking for a reliable, experienced Labourer who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in, and grow with them for the long haul.
The job:
- Supporting skilled tradespeople on site
- Assisting with deliveries, material handling, and site prep
- Keeping workspaces clean, safe, and organised
- Working across varied projects in the Borders and beyond
- Being part of a team where everyone mucks in—no egos, just effort
The Person:
- Proven labouring experience
- a CSCS card is beneficial but experience is more important – bring your skills
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work well with others and follow instructions
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
