The Role
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our Basingstoke team.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and helping companies meet their driver and logistics staffing needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Making outbound sales calls to transport and logistics companies
- Booking and attending client visits
- Understanding client driver requirements and providing tailored staffing solutions
- Working closely with the recruitment team to fill bookings efficiently
- Monitoring client satisfaction, performance, and margins
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
- Experienced in B2B sales (recruitment, logistics or service sector preferred)
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Resilient, proactive, and target-driven
- A strong communicator who builds rapport easily
- Commercially aware and organised
- Must be a car owner and hold a full UK driving licence
💡 Previous experience in recruitment or transport operations is an advantage, but not essential.
