Operator

Our busy client in Jedburgh is currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join their production team.

Shift Pattern:

• 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights)
• Day shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm (3 days on, 3 days off)
• Night shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am (3 nights on, 3 nights off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery to maintain efficient production flow
• Safely stack and handle pipes
• Carry out basic maintenance tasks
• Monitor production lines and resolve minor issues
• Adhere to all safety and quality procedures
• Keep work areas clean and well-organised

Training & Compliance:

• Full training provided
• Drug and alcohol testing required (initial test at interview stage, with random checks during employment)

Pay Rates:

• PAYE: £12.21 (days) / £14.20 (nights) per hour
• PAYE Advanced (including holiday pay): £13.68 (days) / £15.91 (nights) per hour

Contract Details:

• Permanent contracts available following successful completion of a 12-week probation period
