Pay: £14.00 – £22.00 per hour (DOE)
We are currently seeking an 3x experienced Skilled butchers to join our clients team in Taunton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional with the correct licence and proven expertise in slaughter operations.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out skilled butchering tasks in line with food safety, and hygiene standards.
Ensure work is performed efficiently and accurately to meet production targets.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with all legislation and company policies.
Work as part of a close-knit team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Flexibility to work varying start times, depending on daily production requirements.
Requirements
Must hold the correct licence for butchering operations.
Proven experience in butchering roles within the meat industry.
Strong knowledge of health & safety and animal welfare regulations.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
Reliability, good teamwork, and strong communication skills.
