Our busy client in Jedburgh is currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join their production team.
Shift Pattern:
- 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights)
- Day shift: 6:00am – 6:00pm (3 days on, 3 days off)
- Night shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am (3 nights on, 3 nights off)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery to maintain efficient production flow
- Safely stack and handle pipes
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks
- Monitor production lines and resolve minor issues
- Adhere to all safety and quality procedures
- Keep work areas clean and well-organised
Training & Compliance:
- Full training provided
- Drug and alcohol testing required (initial test at interview stage, with random checks during employment)
Pay Rates:
- PAYE: £12.21 (days) / £14.20 (nights) per hour
- PAYE Advanced (including holiday pay): £13.68 (days) / £15.91 (nights) per hour
Contract Details:
- Permanent contracts available following successful completion of a 12-week probation period
