Production Operative
Looking to build your skills and be part of a team that values hard work and a great attitude? We’re hiring a Production Operative in Crediton – perfect for someone who’s ready to learn, grow, and get stuck in!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare moulds and assist with casting
- Operate tools and carry out general labouring tasks
- Keep your workspace safe, tidy, and well-organised
What We’re Looking For:
- A physically active, hands-on worker who enjoys practical tasks
- A team player with strong communication skills
- A positive attitude – you’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive crew
- Forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential
- Full training provided
- A great opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the role
Job Details:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday
- 08:00 am start
- PPE provided – your safety is our priority
- Salary is £27,000 per annum
