Pay: £12.21 per hour (first 3 months), rising to £15.40 after successful training

Driver Hire Bridgwater is proud to be supporting a highly respected client in, Somerset. We are offering a fantastic long-term career opportunity for a motivated Yardsman who is eager to train and progress into driving HGV tankers.
The Role
Initial Training (First 3 Months):
Learn the day-to-day operations of the business, working closely with the team to understand all aspects of the yard and logistics processes.
Progression Pathway:
After 3 months, move onto operating smaller vehicles.
Receive professional training to gain your HGV Tanker licence (Class 2 & Class 1).
Build a rewarding career with long-term opportunities.
Pay & Benefits
Starting rate: £12.21 per hour (first 3 months).
Pay increase: £15.40 per hour once training is complete.
Additional pay increase after HGV training
Overtime available to boost earnings.
Fully funded HGV training (Class 2 & Class 1).

Requirements
Age: 25+ (due to insurance restrictions).
Licence: Full UK driving licence with 0 penalty points.
Previous experience in a logistics role is beneficial but not essential.
Must be available to start immediately.
Strong work ethic and a desire to develop into an HGV Tanker driver.
Must be able to work weekends
