Location: South Gyle, Edinburgh
Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm
This position is temporary ongoing, with a view to becoming permanent after a qualifying period

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our experienced consultants. Your day-to-day will include:
· Writing and posting job adverts online
· Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews
· Assisting with face-to-face interviews
· Carrying out reference checks to audit standards
· Managing candidate records and ensuring compliance
· Supporting with general admin – reception duties, answering phones/emails etc.
What We’re Looking For:
· Great organisational and time management skills
· A professional, friendly, and proactive approach
· A desire to learn and grow within recruitment
· Previous admin or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
This is an ideal entry-level role for someone looking to break into recruitment and build a meaningful career.
