Senior yard supervisor-Full time

Temp to Perm | From £13+ per hour | Optional Overtime

We’re looking for a Yard Supervisor to lead operations at a busy Bridgwater depot. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for the yard team, reporting directly to the Depot Manager.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise and motivate the yard team

• Oversee vehicle and equipment movement within the yard

• Ensure health & safety standards are met

• Report directly to the Depot Manager

What we need:

• 3 years previous supervisory/team leader experience (yard/warehouse/logistics)

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Must be 21+ (insurance purposes)

• Reliable, organised, and able to work outdoors in all weather

What’s on offer:

• From £13+ per hour

• Overtime available

• Temp-to-perm with career progression

• Monday–Friday, usually 8am starts (sometimes as early as 6am)
