Hourly Rate: £17.50 per hour (paye adv) – paye also available

Driver Hire Lancaser are currently recruiting for a Class 1 Driver to assist our client based in Morecambe. A typical day would involved taking the load from Morecambe , up to Scotland and returning. Making this trunking work. The load would be transported on a flat bed so experience with flatbeds would be advantageous, although the load will be pre-strapped.
As a HGV Class Driver you must have:
- CE Licence/ Class 1 Licence
- CPC Card & Digital Tachograph
- No Major Endorsements on your licence
HGV Driver responsibilities include:
- Vehicle safety checks
- Reporting any defects
- Successfully completing trunks to and from Scotland
- Following route plans
The successful HGV Driver can expect:
- £17.50 per hour (paye adv)
- Weekly Pay
- 8 Hours guaranteed every shift
- Referral bonus – introduce a friend to us and earn when they have worked 20 shifts!
This work is commutable from Heysham, Carnforth, Lancaster and other surrounding areas.
