Job Opportunity: 7.5T Van Driver – Excellent Ongoing Opportunity
Join a major UK household name in the DIY and home improvement sector!
You’ll be delivering a variety of products such as garden equipment, home furniture, and decorating supplies. Most shifts include a porter to help with unloading, so you can focus on safe and efficient driving.

Rates of Pay:
- Weekdays: £14.57/hour (with holiday) £13.00/hour (without)
- Overtime/Saturdays: £21.85/hour(with holiday) £19.50 (without)
- Double pay for Bank Holidays and Sundays up to £29.14 per hour
- Weekly Pay
- 8-hour minimum pay guaranteed per day
- Paid assessments and full induction training
Shift Pattern:
- Various shift times available
- Full-time work – 5 shifts per week
Role Overview:
Driver Hire are recruiting for experienced 7.5T (C1) van drivers to work with a well-known UK DIY and home improvement retailer in Kidderminster.
Requirements:
- Valid C1 (7.5T) licence with Driver CPC & Digital Tacho
- Minimum 24 months of C1 driving experience
- Age 21+ (insurance purposes)
- No more than 2 accidents in the last 3 years
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Multidrop experience preferred
- Physically fit – some loading/unloading required
