Team building competition – 2024 – Terms & Conditions
1) These terms and conditions set out the rules by which the prize draw is governed. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these rules.
2) Entry open to recipients of Driver Hire’s Summer of Sport mail pack. Only one entry person, and one per company location will be accepted. Entries who answer the question correctly will be automatically entered into the prize draw. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
3) Employees of Driver Hire Group Services Ltd, their friends and family and anyone professionally connected with the draw may not enter the prize draw.
4) In order to be entered into the draw, you must complete the online form at www.driverhire.co.uk/2024-summer-of-sport (including the email, contact number, company name and name field) by 11:59pm on Friday 28th June 2024.
5) One prize is being offered: a team building event of the winner’s choice, up to the value of £500. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable. The chosen activity must be recognisable as a typical team building event, examples of which might include bowling, outdoor activities such as axe throwing or Segways, a team meal, darts night, an escape room.
6) The winner will be contacted to arrange the event. Driver Hire will fund the event up to a maximum of £500, but the winner is welcome to top up the funding if required. The event will be booked on behalf of the winner by Driver Hire. The winner and the members of the team invited to the team building event may be asked to take part in publicity or promotional activities.
7) The prize draw will take place on Monday 1st July 2024. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
8) The prize draw is organised by Driver Hire Group Services Ltd, Bradford Business Park, Kings Gate, Bradford, BD1 4SJ. Driver Hire Group Services Ltd reserves the right to cancel the draw, exchange the prize(s) offered for a different prize of a similar value or alter in any way the terms of this prize draw.
