Terms & Conditions for Driver Hire Customer Satisfaction Survey

1) These terms and conditions set out the rules by which the prize draw is governed.  By providing your contact details on completion of the “Driver Hire Customer Satisfaction Survey” you agree to be bound by these rules.

2) Each person who completes the survey and provides the required contact details will be given one entry into the quarterly prize draw. There is no charge for entering the draw.

3) One prize is on offer. The first entry drawn at random from all of the entries into the survey will win an Amazon voucher with a value of £50. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

4) The organisers will endeavour to arrange delivery of the prize by contacting the winner and relevant local office.

5) The quarterly prize draws will take place on 26th March, 28th June, 28th September, 10 December with the entry cut-off date being the day before each draw. The winners will be notified within a week of the draw date. A list of the winners may be obtained by writing to the organisers at the address below.

6) Winners may be asked to take part in publicity or promotional activities

8) The prize draw is organised by Driver Hire Group Services Ltd, Bradford Business Park, Kings Gate, Bradford, BD1 4SJ.  Driver Hire Group Services Ltd reserves the right to cancel the draw, exchange the prize(s) offered for a different prize of a similar value or alter in any way the terms of this prize draw.
