Location: Thorpe Arch Industrial Estate (Wetherby LS23)

Shift Start time: 6PM (Nights, finishing between 2AM – 4AM)

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Pay: £12.00 per hour PAYE including holiday pay

Start date: June 6th 2022

Contract Type: Initially on agency contract, will be offered full time if you demonstrate a good work ethic

Driver Hire Leeds East are recruiting for 2 x warehouse night operatives to work for their client based in Thorpe Arch Industrial Estate, Wetherby. You will be working as part of their Good’s out night shift team, picking stock to be loaded onto their vehicles ready for dispatch the following day.

Our client is one of the UK’s largest distributors of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Their Wetherby depot has been purposely built for them, meaning, thought has been given to the size of the warehouse to ensure safe and efficient work can be completed. On a typical day you will be picking stock such as bottle of beer, boxes of wine and Beer Kegs.

As you will be manual handling products you must be physically fit to ensure you can keep up with the demand of stock which needs to be processed.

Requirements:

• All applicants must have warehouse experience
• Must be physically fit
• Must be over the age of 18 as handling alcoholic drinks
• Able to commute to Thorpe Arch Industrial Estate (Public transport will not be running at the time you finish)
• Must have your own safety boots
• Ideal candidates will either live within walking/cycling distance of the depot or have their own transport to get to site.
