We are looking for an Restaurant Manager to join one of our busy clients just outside of Kelso.
Permanent position potentially available for the ideal candidate.
You will manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurants, including providing effective hands-on management and leadership to the F&B team, ensuring all areas are set up and maintained to the highest standards and working along side head chef to deliver quality and a smooth running service.
You will assist with creating and ensuring an exceptional F&B experience for the guests which exceeds expectations and maintain service with a continuous guest centric focus.
Essential:
Management experience
preferably in the luxury hospitality (highly desirable)
You must have in-depth knowledge in wine, spirts and cocktails, preferably a WSET qualification 2 or above
