Refuse/Recycling HGV 2 Driver

Driver Hire Colchester are recruiting for HGV Class 2 drivers covering annual leave and sickness for the Local collection authority. You will be driving collection vehicles across the borough in urban and rural areas, you will be collecting recycling materials or refuse working with crew members completing routes and disposing at designated locations.

£11.25 per hour PAYE holiday pay accrued
£12.50 per hour, holiday pay paid in advance included in the hourly rate.
Four day working week Tuesday to Friday.
6.30am -4.30pm.
Overtime paid after completing 10 Hours per day.

The role:

Driving Class 2 HGV vehicles
Collection and disposal of Recycling/Waste material at designated locations
Some manual handling lifting assisting crew members load vehicle
Team work
Task and Finish Terms
Occasional overtime available
Possible temp to perm for ideal candidate

HGV Class 2 Licence
CPC Card Current
Digital Tacho card Current
Health & Safety Awareness
