Driver Hire are the UK’s No.1 supplier of temporary & permanent staff to the transport and logistics sector. We are currently recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer to assist our experienced team of consultants based in our Newcastle office. You will be involved in various aspects of recruitment administration such as writing and placing online job adverts, cv screening, telephone interviews, face to face (covid secure) interviewing and reference checking to audit standards.
You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process so good organisational and time management skills are essential.
There will also be an element of general administration involved in this role – telephone, email, coping, filing, scanning, post duties etc.
Full training will be provided covering recruitment legislation, Driver Hire’s in-house IT system and transport related legislation. This is carried out via on the job shadowing with colleagues, online Driver Hire Academy modules and our new Personal Development Hub.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 0900-1700.
