Driver Hire Borders are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will work alongside our experienced consultants who will train and mentor you to become proficient in the processes and procedures involved in the recruitment of staff in the logistics industry.

Your duties will include but not limited to:
-Placing online job adverts
-Face to face interviewing
There will also be an element of general administration involved in this role – reception duties, telephone, email, coping, filing, scanning etc.
You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process so good organisational and time management skills are essential.
Full training will be provided covering recruitment legislation, Driver Hire’s in-house IT system and transport related legislation. This is carried out via on the job shadowing with colleagues, online Driver Hire Academy modules and our Personal Development Hub.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 0900-1700. (Please note this is office based)
This is an entry level role to the recruitment sector with opportunity for learning and progression, so may suit someone looking to start and build a career.
£ 19,200 p/a
