We at DH Recruitment are expanding and are on the lookout for a recruitment consultant/sales person to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity to get into the industry and join a well-established team on the rise!
The role will involve a lot of general admin tasks such as; scanning documents, inputting data, incoming and outgoing call handling (liaising with both candidates and clients) and assisting with other day to day activities. It will also involve face to face meetings with candidates and clients.
Alongside this, the successful applicant will also be assisting with the sales and development of new business (more to be discussed on telephone interview).
This opportunity will offer increases in pay depending on performance and opportunities to achieve promotions to other roles.
This a long term career role and the chosen candidate will be joining the current team of Nic (Franchisee) of 11 years, James (Senior Recruitment Consultant) of 6 years, Logan (Recruitment Consultant) 2 years, Kingsley (Recruiment Consultant) of 1 year and Ryan (Recruitment Consultant) of 3 months.
There will be substantial training given throughout this time to make it a success!
