A great opportunity to join a well established logistics company in Nuneaton as a member of their Administration team. The role involves working 50% office and 50% home based. This is a temp to perm role working directly on the clients payroll after 13 weeks.
Hours of work and role:
- 28-hour week Monday to Friday, but require an additional hour or two on a Sunday to prepare Monday’s reporting.
- You will need to work an 8-hour day on a Monday (with a start time between 6am & 7am)
- Tuesday to Friday hours will be 11.00am to 4.00pm.
You will be responsible for producing weekly payroll data and operational reports, producing weekly shift plans and booking any required cover, managing any complaints & taking incoming phone calls.
You will work with a small friendly team that support each other and the wider operation throughout the UK, having daily communication with drivers and working closely with the field based Area Operations Manager.
The role is generally PC and system based, so the successful candidate will need to be highly numerate with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications is essential (Excel, Outlook, Word).
