Night Milk Delivery Driver

Driver Hire Basildon and Southend are recruiting for male and female NIGHT Milk Delivery Driver for our Basildon based client to start ASAP on a temp to perm basis. Please note, both LADIES and GENTS are wanted!

Ladies and Gents would be required to work Monday to Saturday delivering dairy products, start times varying between 12 o’clock midnight and 2 AM. You would be working for an average of 8 hours per shift.

Requirements:

• A driving licence acquired by at least 1997
• Ability to route plan
• Experience of driving a milk float is DESIRABLE but NOT ESSENTIAL
• Ability to do multiple drops
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
• Previous home delivery driving experience desirable
• Ability to work to deadlines and schedules
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physical Fitness, Energy and Stamina as you will be on your feet for most of the night
• Happy with working in outside conditions
• Night time and lone working experience
• Health and Safety awareness
