A great opportunity to join a well-established Logistics company in Nuneaton as a member of their Administration team. The role is home based eventually working 50% office and 50% from home. This is an ongoing temporary role.
You will work with a small friendly team that support each other and the wider operation throughout the UK, having daily communication with drivers and working closely with the field based Area Operations Manager.
You will be responsible for producing weekly payroll data and operational reports
Producing weekly shift plans and booking any required cover
Managing any complaints & taking incoming phone calls.
Need to be highly numerate with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications is essential (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Hours and Pay:
Monday to Friday – 28 hours week
An 8 hour day on a Monday (with a start time between 6am & 7am)
Tuesday to Friday hours will be 11.00am to 4.00pm
Pay rate is £10.00
