We are currently recruiting for x2 Litter Pickers for our client based in the Brentwood area on an ongoing temporary basis, with an as soon as possible start!
Covering local areas to Brentwood, however predominately litter picking the A12, you will be required to work as part of a team to keep our community clean. This is an exciting and incredibly important opportunity which will offer work within the council and mean you will achieve their vision of keeping our streets clean!
Due to the nature of the role we are interested in hearing from candidates who are physically fit due to manual handling tasks, happy to complete repetitive work, willing to work in all weather conditions and carefully follow written and verbal instructions.
The ideal candidates will offer the following:
- Hold a Full UK licence with max 3 points
- Pride in completing daily tasks to achieve an excellent standard of work
- Have a good understanding of health and safety
- Previous experience working as part of a team
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday – 07:30 – 15:30
Friday 07:30 – 15:00
37 hours per week
Guaranteed 7.5 hours Monday – Thursday, 7 hours Friday
Hourly rate:
INC Holiday pay: £9.50*
EXC Holiday pay: £10.64
WEEKLY PAY
PAYE
OVERTIME PAID
*Holiday has to be requested in writing by the worker each week when sending in timesheet
