LGV1 Driver

Driver Hire Dartford are looking for LGV1 drivers to join our client’s team who are based in Dartford

We also supply both temporary and permanent positions.

We are looking for candidates who can start ASAP, can commit to ongoing work as well as being flexible and reliable.

This position is with an immediate start. It will involve a 2-week induction, once complete you will then be ready to work independently.

Role as a LGV1 Driver:

• Driving LGV1 vehicles.
• Day run deliveries in the local area.
• Providing a quality service to clients upon delivery.
• Keeping the vehicle clean & tidy.
• Making sure you carry out your job in line with Health & Safety.
• Flexibility with working hours due to client’s needs.
• Complete all the required vehicle checks

 You will need as a LGV1 Driver:

• Previous LGV1 experience.
• Valid CPC & Digital card.
• Confident to use a Navigation system and be familiar with the Southeast region.
• Strong eye for detail.

Pay details:

• Working hours will be Monday – Friday and possibly weekend work
• £16.50 – £19.50 hourly rate, 8 hours guaranteed pay, even if you work less.
