Our client is an air conditioning ancillary’s business located in Leeds 11. Due to office restructuring they are looking for a full-time Internal Salesperson to join their team.
There is a potential Permanent opportunity for the right person. Initially you will be placed as a temporary Driver Hire worker until you have completed 65 shifts and then subject to satisfactory performance you would transfer to our client as a permanent employee at a salary to be agreed.
The Role:
Providing excellent customer service and support to customers while dealing with customer enquiries, including quotations pricing and order processing.
Follow up quotations to identify new business opportunities.
Liaise with customers/suppliers to maintain positive relationships.
Participate in internal sales meetings.
Provide additional sales administration support on a short-term basis to meet the needs of the Company e.g., holiday and sickness cover.
Requirements:
Full time position Mon-Fri 08:00 to 17:00.
Good communication skills.
Excellent customer service and knowledge of a distribution network.
Have an ability to join and work in a busy team and to work independently in a self-motivating capacity.
Good skills with Sage and Excel (would be an advantage)
Knowledge of air conditioning (would be an advantage)
Salary:
Driver Hire – £10.76 per hour PAYE Advanced (Holiday Pay Included)
- £9.60 per hour PAYE (Holiday Pay Accrued)
These rates apply until you have completed 65 shifts at the location. The choice of which pay model is yours and will be explained to you in more detail at interview.
